This website presents Executive PR’s public relations, brand activation, event production, sponsorship, VIP logistics, and luxury transportation-integrated services. Website content is informational and promotional. A service is not confirmed until accepted by the appropriate booking or service team and any required deposit, agreement, or confirmation process is completed.

No Guarantee of Availability, Rates, or Results

Rates, availability, vehicles, routes, add-ons, promotional offers, and event services may vary by date, location, demand, duration, passenger count, pickup/drop-off details, staffing, permits, and vendor availability. Website quote tools, rate-check forms, chatbot suggestions, and route ideas are not final quotes or confirmed reservations.

Executive PR does not guarantee press coverage, social reach, sponsorship results, search rankings, celebrity attendance, platform performance, or campaign outcomes. Public relations and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

Executive LA Integration

Executive PR may coordinate or refer luxury transportation requests through Executive LA and related transportation partners. Transportation services may be subject to separate terms, availability, licensing, insurance requirements, vehicle rules, passenger conduct rules, overtime, cancellation terms, deposits, gratuity, damages, cleaning fees, and other operational policies.

Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations

Submitting a booking, party bus, rate-check, or WhatsApp request does not create a confirmed reservation. A booking may require written confirmation, deposit, contract, payment authorization, route approval, and vehicle assignment. Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary by service, date, and provider.

Promotions and Special Offers

Any promotions, upgrades, discounts, champagne mentions, weekday specials, early-bird offers, referral credits, or special-event deals are subject to current availability, current Executive LA terms, vehicle eligibility, advance booking requirements, blackout dates, and confirmation by the booking team. Promotions generally cannot be combined unless confirmed in writing.

Responsible Use and Passenger Conduct

Clients and passengers are responsible for lawful conduct, accurate information, respectful treatment of chauffeurs and staff, and compliance with vehicle, venue, and local rules. Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, underage alcohol use, damage, excessive mess, or harassment may result in termination of service without refund and may create additional charges.

Website Features

The gate entrance, audio player, fullscreen mode, animated effects, weather widget, social gallery, chatbot, and route planner are interactive website features. Browsers may block audio, fullscreen, scripts, weather requests, or third-party embeds depending on user settings. These features are provided for experience and convenience, not as guaranteed functionality.
